Electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine CED-LF
Composite electromagnetic induction sealing technology is an internationally recognized advanced sealing packaging method. It has been increasingly widely used in high-quality air-tight sealing of medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, chemical products and other bottled products. Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine CED-LF introduces the latest induction heating control technology and process from Taiwan. Besides, it adopts advanced high-power field-effect transistor module, high-frequency switching power supply technology, PLL technology and digital technology. It has been greatly improved in miniaturization, high stability and high efficiency.
Working principle
Under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic field, the aluminum foil generates huge eddy current and heat rapidly, then melt the adhesive film at the lower layer of the aluminum foil and adheres to the bottle mouth, so as to achieve rapid non-contact air-tight sealing.
The main power components are installed on the large radiator and forced air cooling is adopted.
