This series of filling machines are semi-automatic piston filling machines. The cylinder drives a piston to suck and eject the material, the flow direction of the material is controlled by the check valve, and the stroke of the cylinder is controlled by the magnetic switch to adjust the filling volume.
Feature
The structure of this machine is simple and reasonable, the filling accuracy is higher. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and the operation is easy. The parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel (316L can be customized), which meets the requirements of GMP. The sealing parts are made of PTFE and silicone materials. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, and good sealing. It is an ideal choice for filling equipment in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, daily chemical, oil, and pesticide industries.
Remark
- Use power and air sources that meet the requirements of this machine (see the machine technical parameters in this manual for details). In the continuous working state, the stability of the gas source must be maintained, and it cannot be high or low.
- Before disassembling, washing or repairing the machine, please be sure to turn off the air source and power supply first.
- The rear part of the machine (close to the control button) and the lower part of the frame are equipped with electrical control components. Under no circumstances can the body be washed directly with water, otherwise there will be a risk of electric shock and damage to the electrical control components.
- In order to prevent electric shock, there must be a good grounding device. Please equip the machine with a power socket with a ground wire or directly set the ground on the body of the machine.
- After turning off the power switch, there is still voltage in some circuits in the electrical control of the machine. Please be sure to unplug the power cord when repairing the control circuit failure.
- Do not make your eyes close to the filling head during work, and pay attention to personal safety.
- Do not put your hands on the central shaft of the cylinder during work, and be careful not to pinch your hands.
- Before filling with materials, it is best to clean the machine with detergent first, and then clean it with clean water, so as to avoid oil stains or foreign matter mixed with materials, resulting in waste of materials and damage to the machine.
