Automatic Feeding Machine CZS-200 is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national GMP standards and process requirements. The design and manufacturing principle of this machine is to provide a machine with the highest operating efficiency and the most reliable feeding. This machine is the supporting equipment of the bottling production line. It can be used with a variety of counting equipment for automatic feeding of tablets. The materials are manually added into the storage bin and then are automatically quantified and fed to the counting machine at the set speed, which greatly saves the labor cost and avoids the loss caused by human factors.
Feature
- Stainless steel 316L is used as the main material for the contact parts between the machine and the drug. Its surface is polished to be bright and smooth. Other materials in direct contact with the drug don’t absorb the drug or react with it. The other panels are made of stainless steel 304 and polished as well.
- Four movable wheels at the bottle of the machine make it easy to move.
- The machine adopts stepless speed regulation, which has the characteristics of high speed and good stability.
- The machine adopts the closed tablet ascending track, which meets the hygienic requirements. The fully sealed structure helps prevent materials from being polluted.
Users can freely adjust the speed within the range designed, which provides more convenience for production arrangement and process planning. In addition, the machine is equipped with a storage bin with a capacity of 60 L, which increases the amount of single feeding so as to reduce the trouble caused by frequent feeding. Therefore, CZS-200 is a durable and reliable machine that is widely used, simple to operate and easy to clean and maintain.
Cleaning Procedure

Open the baffle board to make the conveyor belt run slowly. (Ff some places can not be cleaned, the baffle board can be removed).

First, clean the remaining fine powder, tablets or capsules in the equipment with a brush, and then clean all parts with a wet cloth dipped in cleaning agent.

After that, scrub with purified water.

Finally, wipe the equipment for disinfection with a clean cloth dipped in 75% ethanol. The interval between the end of production and cleaning shall not exceed 1 hour.
